วิธีถ่าย (งูๆ ปลาๆ นะครับ) + วิธีโพรเสส (เท่าที่รู้นะครับ) จนจบกระบวนการ เท่าที่ผมรู้นะครับ ถ้าผมไม่ทราบหรือเข้าใจผิดเกี่ยวกับวิธีการต่างๆ เชิญแนะนำได้ตามสะดวกเลยนะครับ
